What we collect
- Your email address, when you ask for the Peptide Starter Package. That is the only thing the form asks for.
- Where you came from: the tracking tags on the link you clicked (for example, which YouTube channel) and the page you signed up on, so we know which videos people find useful.
- Email activity: our email service records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, as most email services do.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To send you the Starter Package and the Regenerative Education emails that follow it: the masterclass material, what Matthew is working on, and occasionally something we recommend, which is always marked as such.
- To see which content is worth making more of. We look at open and click rates in aggregate, not at individuals.
Who handles it
- Omnisend stores the list and sends the emails on our behalf.
- Netlify hosts the site and passes your signup to Omnisend.
- Nobody else. We don’t sell, rent or trade email addresses, and we don’t share them with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. The videos and files are hosted here, not on a third-party player. Links to other sites (YouTube, Skool, the book site) carry tracking tags so we can see what was clicked; those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops all emails from us immediately.
- To have your email address deleted from our list entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, write to regen@regenerative-education.com. We’ll do it within 30 days.
Age
The site and the list are for adults. If you’re under 18, please don’t sign up, and if a parent or guardian tells us a minor has, we’ll remove the address.

Severability
In the event that any part of these Terms & Condition is determined or deemed to be unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, or other binding judicial officer with jurisdiction, then only that particular unenforceable part will be stricken. The remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full effect.

The headings used in this Agreement are indicated as for reference purposes only.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party’s reasonable control. www.regenerative-education.com shall not be responsible for lost access, delivery delays, supply chain disruptions, custom order delays, lost or stolen communications, delays due to backorders, beyond its control or any other reason stated above.
Complete Agreement
The Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with Privacy Policy referenced herein constitutes the entire agreement between www.regenerative-education.com and you regarding the use of this site, its contents, and the courses or materials offered therein. When an order is placed, and you click “I agree”, you are agreeing to the entire terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimers, information, and all other disclosures made herein.
